Chace is turning ONE!

I was excited to work on this invitation for Chace's first birthday. Birthdays are always something to celebrate, but especially a baby's first! Chace's mommy wanted to focus on primary colors for the design and decor of the party and also wanted to feature a picture of the man boy of the hour!

We went with a non-traditional square invite and a bright blue envelope to match and add some more visual interest.

Happy birthday sweet Chace! And many many more!

Cute as a Button!

One of my best friends just had her precious baby girl at the end of February. I was honored to help host a shower for her and was looked at to design the shower invite. After perusing the internet for ideas, Katie suggested the theme of "cute as a button" and we ran with it. Amy planned to use many colors in little Zoe's nursery, but told us to focus on chocolate brown, lime green and a splash of blue (we later added in pink to the decor, of course!)


I printed food labels to for the tables, designed to match the invitation...

I couldn't talk about the shower without highlighting some more of the food and decor...

Everyone out-did themselves and the shower was a huge success, with Amy and baby Zoe being showered beyond belief!

3W turns 3!

Last fall, I had the pleasure of designing a wonderful magazine that highlights all the amazing nonprofit organizations in Northwest Arkansas. The founders of the magazine include a former co-worker of mine and I was honored when she asked me if I'd be interested in designing the magazine for 2011, it's third year in publication.

3W Magazine focuses on the "who, what & where" of Northwest Arkansas nonprofits. If there is an event happening in NWA, then 3W Magazine will tell you about it and they will be there!

To celebrate the magazine turning 3, the ladies of 3W threw a little party. I had the pleasure of creating the invite for this special event...







The party was a great success and 3W was happy to present a check to the nonprofit organization that the reader's voted as their favorite!
